Early Years teachers are selected not only for their credentials in early childhood education, but for their warm, caring personalities and dedication to children. Each class is led by one lead and one assistant teacher, all of whom meet Virginia state and Arlington County licensing requirements. Staff members are trained in First Aid and CPR, and regularly participate in professional workshops and training sessions focusing on early childhood development issues.
